Disconnected Accounting System (QBO)


There is 1 disconnected connection to your accounting platform. This may be preventing parts of the system from functioning.

Applies to: ConnectWise, Autotask PSA, QuickBooks Online

How can this happen?

This error occurs when your Wise-Pay account gets disconnected from QBO.


      1. Click the "View Connections" icon from the warning
      2. Select Connect to this QBO application
      3. Log in to your QBO account
      4. Click Connect
