(Resolved) Known Issue: Contact Error during Invoice Sync

Issue

A You can only have a maximum of 5 contact persons error has been reported when syncing invoices for Autotask Accounts with more than 5 contacts configured.


The error has been reported for both Xero and Quickbooks Online customers.



What we've done about it

This bug was introduced to Wise-Sync with v4.6.5 release that attempted to resolve an issue where Wise-Sync wasn't handling invoices that were emailed from Autotask to multiple recipients.


We deployed hotfix v4.6.5.1 to correct this error on 5 July 2019.

Fix deployed to for QA. Fix is currently being tested.

We've greenlit a hotfix that will be released Friday 5th July 2019 at 7:30am AEST.
5 July 2019We've deployed hotfix v4.6.5.1 to correct this error.

Workaround

There is no workaround. The invoice sync will fail. Please continue to check Wise-Sync in-app notifications and this page for further updates.
