Wise-Sync Hotfix - 13 May 2020
We have fixed a couple of bugs related to special characters being included in ConnectWise Invoices:
- A special character that was being included in a phone number was causing sync errors.
- Multiple invoice items including an '&' where causing sync errors.
Wise-Sync General Release - 21 April 2020
This is an exciting release for us, rolling out a new sign up experience for our brand new new customers. This work forms part of a larger vision to overhaul how customers manage their own subscriptions in our platform, including updates (as your business grows) and cancellations.
New Subscription Sign-Up Flow
We have completely overhauled the sign up experience, end to end, for new customers. From our website, prospective subscribers will be able to build and quote a subscription that suits their needs and easily continue on to complete their sign up easily without having to re-enter their information.
- There was an issue where warehouses were not loaded, when attempting to configure COGS Inventory. This has now been fixed.
- Unposted expenses were not being synced due to a change in the spelling of status Ready to Bill to ReadyToBill in a recent ConnectWise update.
